Job summary

Endeavor Air, a wholly owned subsidiary of Delta Air Lines, seeks an Inventory Planner to support aircraft and maintenance operations. You will forecast demand, determine stocking levels, and optimize inventory ownership and locations across our network.

You will interact with Purchasing, Warranty/Repair, and Maintenance Planning, run reports, monitor metrics, and ensure provisioning aligns with fleet changes while maintaining cost efficiency and strong data analysis using Excel and PMI systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
3–5 years with knowledge of aircraft systems and maintenance programs.
Experience with demand planning and inventory performance.
Strong Excel data analysis skills.
Ability to multi-task with attention to detail.
Experience communicating with all levels of an organization.

Responsibilities

Analyze demand and inputs to set stocking levels.
Deploy planning systems to model inventory requirements.
Ensure provisioning levels meet material needs across classifications.
Coordinate with Inventory Control, Purchasing, Warranty/Repair, and Maintenance Planning.
Run daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
Monitor metrics and benchmarks of inventory performance.
Other duties as assigned.
