Job summary

DHL Technical Services Powered by Kalitta, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Planner to ensure aircraft maintenance is organized, on-time and aligned with customer needs. Training is provided and no prior aviation planning experience is required.

You will monitor flight schedules, coordinate with departments, and manage customer work packages using AMOS in a busy in-office setting with a strong emphasis on accuracy and teamwork.

What You’ll Do

As a Maintenance Planner, you’ll:

Work Environment

This role is based in-office and closely connected to a maintenance environment. You will work alongside other departments where communication and teamwork are essential. Noise levels are generally moderate, reflecting the activity of a busy operation.Second Shift (weekday and weekend positions available)
