Endeavor Air is seeking a Maintenance Operations Manager to oversee the maintenance and preventive maintenance of all Hangar and Line facilities, aircraft, components, and equipment, ensuring adherence to FAR and FAA requirements.

You will lead staffing, training, and performance development, manage base activities, implement new policies, monitor delays and completion, and uphold a culture of safety, quality, and reliability across the network.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED; 4-year degree preferred
• 3–5 years in technical aircraft maintenance with increasing responsibilities
• 3 years of people management and leadership experience
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Responsabilités

• Oversee maintenance and preventive maintenance of hangar and line facilities, aircraft, components, and equipment
• Provide guidance on assignments, safety, and procedures
• Staffing support to prescreen, interview, and hire technicians
• Develop staff through training and performance development
• Ensure FAA compliance and company policies across maintenance
• Make timely safety-critical decisions in dynamic situations
