Job summary

Omni Air International is seeking a Maintenance Planner to support the Manager of Maintenance Planning in forecasting scheduled maintenance and coordinating events to keep fleet operations on schedule.

The role requires analyzing schedules, coordinating with MOCC and vendors, and issuing work packages for A, Phase, and C checks, while monitoring AD compliance and aircraft times/cycles. Travel may be required and strong Excel/Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Aviation maintenance experience is desired.
• Familiarity with routine aircraft maintenance and scheduling practices.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Manager of Maintenance Planning in forecasting scheduled maintenance and activities.
• Coordinate routine maintenance events with MOCC, Systems Control, Line Stations, Materials, and vendors.
• Plan and issue maintenance work packages for routine checks (A, Phase, C) and unscheduled tasks.
• Monitor aircraft times/cycles and AD compliance to ensure timely maintenance.
• Maintain accurate lists of parts and tooling required for tasks.
