Job summary

Omni Air International is seeking a Maintenance Planner to support the Maintenance Planning Manager. You will help forecast maintenance, analyze schedules for staffing and facilities, and prepare work packages for routine and unscheduled maintenance, including A, Phase, and C checks.

Candidate must have aviation maintenance experience, knowledge of FARs, and strong MS Office skills. Travel may be required; U.S. work authorization is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Aviation maintenance experience preferred; familiarity with routine maintenance and scheduling.
• Knowledge of FARs and aviation safety programs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic software systems.
• Willingness to travel and pass background and drug screening.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Maintenance Planning Manager with scheduled maintenance forecasts.
• Analyze airline schedules to determine staffing and facility needs.
• Plan and issue maintenance work packages for A, Phase, and C checks.
• Coordinate routine maintenance with MOCC, Systems Control, and vendors.
• Monitor AD compliance dates and aircraft down time.
