Job summary

Omni Air International in Tulsa, OK seeks a Maintenance Planner to support the Manager of Maintenance Planning. You will forecast maintenance, analyze schedules, plan manpower, and coordinate with MOCC, Systems Control, Line Stations, Materials, and vendors to keep the fleet compliant and on time.

This role requires aviation maintenance experience, strong Excel/Office skills, and the ability to work extended hours, travel as needed, and pass background checks.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• A&P license preferred but not required.
• Aviation maintenance experience is desirable.
• Must be able to pass background check and pre-employment drug screen.
• Strong knowledge of FARs and maintenance scheduling desired.

Responsibilities

• Develop scheduled maintenance forecasts and activities.
• Analyze schedules and operations to determine staffing and facility needs.
• Coordinate routine maintenance with MOCC, Systems Control, Line Stations, Materials, and vendors.
• Prepare and issue maintenance work packages for routine checks and unscheduled maintenance.
• Manage and reissue work packages when flight schedules change.
• Audit aircraft times/cycles and monitor AD compliance dates.
• Represent Maintenance Planning in daily Operational Meetings.
