Job summary

National Airlines is seeking a Maintenance Planner to forecast, plan, and schedule aircraft maintenance in Orlando, FL. You will coordinate routing, work orders, parts, labor, tooling, and ground time to meet calendar, flight-hour, and cycle limits while aligning with FAA regulations and approved maintenance programs.

You will work closely with Maintenance Control, Materials, System Operations, and Technical Operations to support operational recovery.

Qualifications

• Three years of aviation experience in scheduling maintenance.
• Willingness to work shifts including overnights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must acquire/maintain a SIDA badge; proficient with MS Office; knowledge of FAA regs.

Responsibilities

• Forecasts, plans, and schedules maintenance events to maintain FAA compliance.
• Coordinate parts, labor, and tooling to meet calendar, flight-hour, and cycle limits.
• Collaborate with Maintenance Control, Materials, System Operations, and Technical Operations.
• Ensure maintenance is rescheduled after swaps/reroutes; support recovery plans.
• Maintain planning data and generate reports on performance.
