Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Minimum of 1 of: FAA-certified aircraft maintenance school completion, 2-year college diploma in aircraft maintenance, or 2 years’ experience in aircraft maintenance and/or flight ops.
  • Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
  • Willingness to work outdoors in all weather per safety rules.
  • Willing to work more hours during operational needs, including weather delays.
  • Able to work rotating shifts including weekends, holidays, and days off.
  • DOT drug test and background checks may apply.

Responsibilities

  • Workflow and workload analysis, scheduling of aircraft, engines or related renovations.
  • Coordinate, schedule and manage preservation painting releases.
  • Analyze and schedule new and deferred renovation requirements.
  • Coordinate activities to support preservation and airworthiness directive compliance.
  • Support and train new planners and provide on-the-job training as needed.
  • Perform additional duties within the department as assigned.
