Job summary

JetBlue Airways in Orlando is seeking a Manager to lead line maintenance scheduling within the Technical Operations Department. You will oversee forecasting, planning, and the execution of scheduled maintenance events to ensure fleet safety and reliability.

You will supervise maintenance planners, coordinate with internal teams, and monitor compliance with CAMP, FAA, and regulatory directives while optimizing cost and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 4+ years in airline maintenance or planning.
• Minimum 5 years airline maintenance/planning or material experience.
• 3 years of management experience required.
• Working knowledge of FARs, ADs and SBs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data management systems.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.
• Strong verbal and written communication; analytical and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule all required maintenance items within CAMP intervals and FAA approvals.
• Oversee planners in creating line maintenance tasks and 120-day forecasts.
• Route and re-route aircraft to meet manpower and ground time constraints.
• Monitor M&E system and ensure correct task completion and AD/EO compliance.
• Coordinate manpower, parts, tooling with Planners and Materials.
• Communicate critical issues with internal/external customers.
• Incorporate cabin condition tasks into daily workload and report on cabin tasks.
• Set ground time with Operations and execute tech ops strategies.
• Develop crewmembers and define fleet maintenance standards.
