Job summary

SNC is seeking an Aircraft Maintenance Manager I for the Cannon AFB location. The role oversees maintenance planning, scheduling, supervision, and ensuring airworthiness and regulatory compliance for the fleet. Strong leadership and regulatory knowledge are essential to manage budgets and coordinate with multiple departments.

The position requires significant travel to OCONUS locations, extended hours, and a current/active Secret clearance. A&P certification and a related degree are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• FAA A&P certification required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule aircraft maintenance and repair activities.
• Supervise maintenance personnel and ensure safety standards.
• Ensure airworthiness of the fleet and regulatory compliance.
• Manage budgets and monitor maintenance costs.
• Liaise with departments to coordinate maintenance activities.
