Job summary

Bond OpCo, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Controller to oversee the real-time airworthiness of our aircraft fleet. You will monitor fleet status, make independent operational decisions, and lead maintenance activities.

The ideal candidate will have a current FAA mechanic certificate, at least 3 years of aircraft maintenance experience, and strong decision-making skills. Competitive benefits include health insurance and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• Current FAA mechanic certificate with A&P ratings.
• Minimum 3 years of aircraft maintenance experience.
• Ability to read and interpret AMMs, IPCs, and wiring diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Own real-time fleet status while tracking discrepancies.
• Authorize MEL/NEF deferrals and issue Airworthiness Releases.
• Lead maintenance response for AOG events.

Skills

Aircraft maintenance experience

Knowledge of MEL/NEF programs

Strong communication skills

Proficiency with maintenance tracking systems

Education

Current FAA mechanic certificate under 14 CFR Part 65
