Job summary

Airshare is seeking a Maintenance Controller to serve as the central point for MX issue coordination, ensuring regulatory compliance and timely return-to-service for aircraft.

Ideal candidates hold an A&P certification with 5 years’ turbine aircraft experience and have strong communication skills, computer proficiency, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. This role offers 24/7 AOG support and 24/7 on-call rotation with weekend bonuses.

Qualifications

• A&P Certification with 5 years of turbine-powered aircraft experience.
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent communication, time management and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate MX issues and communicate with all stakeholders for AOG aircraft.
• Review MEL/NEF/CDL items to ensure accurate MX releases.
• Maintain maintenance tracking software with QA and scheduling.
• Provide technical guidance to flight crews on aircraft discrepancies.
• Schedule and coordinate off-base AOG maintenance with qualified vendors per FAR.
