Job summary

Aero is seeking a Maintenance Controller to oversee daily maintenance for our fleet, ensuring airworthiness in compliance with CAMP and FAA requirements. You will work closely with the DOM, Chief Pilot, flight crews, and operations staff to keep aircraft ready for service.

Ideal candidates have an A&P license, 2+ years in large aircraft maintenance, travel up to 30%, and strong problem-solving and communication skills. This role plays a key part in safe, efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting capabilities with ability to read wiring diagrams and schematics.
• Proven ability to interpret technical manuals and follow FAA/CAMP procedures.
• Effective verbal and written communication; proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance to maintenance and flight crews on servicing and repairs to ensure airworthiness.
• Follow CAMP, GMM, manuals, and FAA requirements; document maintenance accurately.
• Act as liaison for DOM and maintenance teams to coordinate MEL/CDL/NEF decisions.
• Coordinate with maintenance providers to minimize downtime and return aircraft to service.
• Manage maintenance discrepancies using the tracking system and determine corrective actions.
