Job summary

Airshare is seeking a Maintenance Controller in Overland Park, KS to coordinate aircraft maintenance issues and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. The role involves coordinating with DOM, pilots, scheduling, and vendors to return aircraft to service promptly.

Qualified candidates will hold an A&P certification with 5+ years in turbine-powered aircraft maintenance or supervision, plus strong communication and MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Requires A&P certification and 5+ years of turbine-powered aircraft maintenance or supervisory experience.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential.
• Ability to coordinate maintenance with multiple teams and vendors.
• Proven attention to detail and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as central point of contact for MX issue coordination and AOG support.
• Review maintenance tracking systems and ensure timely release and compliance with FAR 135.
• Coordinate with DOM, pilots, and scheduling to keep aircraft in service.
• Arrange international and domestic maintenance with vendors as needed.
• Ensure proper documentation and parts/tools availability prior to departure.
