Job summary

Contour is seeking a Maintenance Controller to oversee safe, compliant maintenance of our airline fleet. You will direct maintenance personnel, monitor aircraft status, and coordinate with flight ops to minimize delays and ensure regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidates have an A&P license, formal turbine training, 7+ years in large jet maintenance, and hands-on experience with Bombardier CRJ 200 and Embraer 135/145/Legacy 600. Proficiency in Excel/Outlook required.

Qualifications

• A&P license required and valid.
• Formal aircraft maintenance training for large turbine airplanes.
• 7+ years as aircraft mechanic/inspector on large jets.
• Experience on Bombardier CRJ 200, Embraer 135/145/Legacy 600 preferred.
• Strong knowledge of OEM manuals and data.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook and inventory/tracking software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safe, compliant maintenance operations for the airline fleet.
• Provide real-time technical oversight and return-to-service estimates.
• Coordinate with flight ops, maintenance, and purchasing to expedite AOG repairs.
• Track DMIs, MELs, CDL, and MCI deferrals per procedures.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and proper documentation for maintenance actions.
• Support short-term inspections and adherence to AD schedules.
