Job summary

Chromalloy Gas Turbine, LLC is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Clerk to support material movement in our Phoenix facility. You will receive and verify shipments, prepare outbound orders, maintain inventory records, and ensure on-time delivery of aerospace components.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills; familiarity with MS Office and data entry.
• Experience with shipping/receiving, warehouse, or inventory roles preferred.
• Forklift certification or experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and process incoming materials.
• Verify shipments against POs and packing lists.
• Prepare, package, and ship outbound materials per requirements.
• Create shipping labels and complete shipping docs.
• Enter inventory transactions and maintain records in systems.
• Organize and store materials in warehouse locations.
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory reconciliation.
• Coordinate with carriers for pickups and tracking.
