Job summary

Chromalloy is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Clerk to move materials through the facility. You will receive shipments, process outbound orders, and maintain inventory records to ensure aerospace components are delivered safely and on time.

The role supports a fast-paced warehouse environment and requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work with carriers and internal teams. 1st shift, 6:30 am – 3:00 pm, in Phoenix, AZ.

Qualifications

• Receive, inspect, and process incoming materials, parts, and supplies.
• Verify shipments against purchase orders and packing lists for accuracy and quality.
• Prepare, package, and ship outbound materials according to customer and carrier requirements.
• Create shipping labels and complete required shipping and receiving documentation.
• Enter inventory transactions and maintain accurate inventory records in company systems.
• Assist with cycle counts, inventory audits, and inventory reconciliation activities.
• Coordinate with carriers to schedule pickups and track shipments.
• Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts, when certified.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Communicate shipping, receiving, and inventory issues to appropriate team members and departments.
• Follow all company safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
