Chromalloy, a global engineering and solutions company, is seeking a Driver / Shipping & Receiving Clerk to support the safe movement of materials, products, and employees within our Tampa facility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent work experience.
• 1+ year of shipping, receiving, warehouse, logistics, or related experience.
• Valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Basic computer skills, including data entry and barcode scanning.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations and accurately verify counts and quantities.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 100 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment and follow all safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Transport employees safely between designated parking areas and the facility at the beginning and end of shifts.
• Receive, inspect, count, and verify incoming shipments against PO, invoices, and docs.
• Prepare, package, label, and process outgoing shipments for timely delivery.
• Load, unload, and move materials using forklifts and hand trucks.
• Route incoming materials to appropriate departments.
• Maintain shipping, receiving, and inventory records using scanners/PCs.
• Monitor inventory levels of shipping supplies and packaging materials.
• Handle hazardous materials and waste per procedures and regulations.
• Work with internal teams, vendors, and carriers to ensure efficient material flow.
