Responsibilities

• Supervise and support kitchen staff during daily operations.
• Assign stations, delegate tasks, and keep the team organized during busy periods.
• Ensure food is prepared safely, consistently, and to company standards.
• Monitor food quality, portions, presentation, and ticket times.
• Maintain proper food storage, labeling, temperature control, and sanitation procedures.
• Help manage inventory, deliveries, prep levels, and minimize food waste.
• Train new employees and coach existing team members.
• Communicate with management and front-of-house staff.
• Ensure the kitchen is clean, organized, and prepared for each shift.
