Swissport is hiring for an airport kitchen position. You will prepare and heat menu items, maintain stock, and ensure cleanliness and safety in both front and back of house areas.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, heat, or cook menu items according to SOPs and recipes.
• Maintain stock levels in FOH and BOH, using FIFO rotation.
• Load and unload the dishwasher; sanitize cookware and stations.
• Receive, inspect and store stock; maintain inventory.
• Communicate with FOH staff to ensure proper stock levels.
