Swissport International AG is seeking a reliable Kitchen Supervisor to lead our kitchen team, ensuring high standards of quality, safety and service while supervising staff.
The role includes supervising daily operations, assigning tasks, maintaining sanitation, inventory management, and training, with coordination with management and front-of-house. This is a full‑time on-site position offering comprehensive benefits.
We’re looking for a reliable, hands‑on Kitchen Supervisor to help lead our kitchen team and make sure every shift runs smoothly. This person will be responsible for maintaining high standards of food quality, cleanliness, safety, and customer service while supporting and supervising kitchen staff.
The expected pay rate is $28.00/hour. Full-time employees are offered a range of health and wellness benefits as well as 401(k) with company match paid vacation time, sick time, and company paid holidays.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and talk or hear. The ideal candidate is an experienced kitchen professional who canlead by example. You should be organized, dependable, calm under pressure, and comfortable making decisions when things get busy. Previous supervisory or lead‑kitchen experience is preferred, along with strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation.
A successful Kitchen Supervisor keeps the kitchenorganized, efficient, clean, and positive, while developing the team and ensuring guests consistently receive high-quality food.
This is a hands‑on leadership role—not a position where you simply oversee from the sidelines. We want someone who is willing to jump in, support the team, and take ownership of the kitchen.
