Job summary

Swissport International AG is seeking candidates for a full-time dishwasher role in a fast-paced kitchen environment. You will load and unload the dishwasher, clean and sanitize cookware, and help maintain high hygiene standards across the lounge and kitchen areas.

Responsibilities include stocking daily orders, waste management, and assisting the Chef with the Food Safety Management System. A high school diploma is preferred, with opportunities to grow within a global aviation services leader.

Qualifications

• High school degree or GED preferred.
• Good command of English (verbal and written).
• Food handler’s license required.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant setting.
• Ability to follow instructions with a positive, upbeat attitude.
• Strong teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload the dishwasher.
• Clean and sanitize cookware, dishes, utensils, and cooking stations.
• Sweep and mop the Lounge and Kitchen area as needed.
• Waste management following recycling procedures.
• Maintain high hygiene levels in all lounge and kitchen areas.
• Receive and stock daily food and liquor orders.
• Assist the Chef with applying the Food Safety Management System.
