Job summary

Jacobs is seeking an Invoice Compliance Coordinator to support major aviation construction projects at Tampa International Airport. You will review pay applications, maintain records, and assist project managers with daily execution, ensuring timely and compliant invoicing.

The role requires strong detail orientation, organization, and ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders, including contractors and airport teams, across site offices and construction activities.

Qualifications

• Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1-5 years of experience in construction administration, project controls, project engineering, contract administration, invoice compliance, or related field.
• Experience supporting large infrastructure, aviation, transportation, or construction projects is a plus.
• Familiarity with contractor pay applications, certified payroll, and contract documentation is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Review contractor and subcontractor pay applications for accuracy, completeness, and contract compliance.
• Support invoice compliance activities for various projects including Airside Apron Improvements, Guideway Improvements, Passenger Boarding Bridge Projects, FAA Tower Project, and more.
• Assist with Part 1 invoicing and payment tracking.
• Review payroll records and labor compliance documentation.
• Attend OAC meetings, monthly quantity review meetings, and pay application review meetings.
• Process, organize, and file pay apps, subcontract agreements, and change orders.
• Maintain project records using PMIS (Kahua) and ensure notifications/approvals are secured.
• Support project closeout, turnover documentation, and special projects as needed.
• Potential to expand Project Engineer responsibilities based on performance.
