Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Junior Scheduler to assist the Master Scheduler and Project Controls Team for the Tampa International Airport Airside Program. The role focuses on planning, updating, and reporting schedules, working with project managers, inspectors, and contractors in a dynamic construction environment.

The ideal candidate has less than five years of scheduling experience, familiarity with Primavera P6, and strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 0–5 years experience in construction scheduling or project controls
• Primavera P6 experience preferred
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• Assist Master Scheduler with monthly schedule reviews
• Compile schedule data and generate reports for analysis
• Perform schedule quality checks for integrity and durations
• Generate Primavera P6 reports for teams and management
• Maintain schedule records and archives
• Coordinate with project inspectors to verify field dates
• Support schedule validation and ad hoc analyses
• Prepare charts and summaries for meetings
