Job summary

Xtreme Aviation LLC in Miami, FL is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support the full employment lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, HR administration, compliance, benefits, records, and credentialing.

The role requires strong communication, discretion with confidential information, and the ability to work with employees and managers at all levels in a fast-paced aviation environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• 3+ years of Human Resources experience preferred.
• Experience with HRIS systems; Kronos/UKG a plus.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes, onboarding, compliance, and employee relations.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment activities, including candidate screening, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
• Coordinate new hire orientation and onboarding activities.
• Maintain accurate employee records and update information in the HRIS/Kronos/UKG.
• Assist with employee relations, disciplinary meetings, investigations, and termination processes.
• Support Workers' Compensation and Unemployment claims.
• Track required training, certifications, licenses, and other compliance requirements.
