Job summary

Solairus Aviation, Inc. is seeking an HR Operations Specialist to ensure accurate and timely HR processes in a fast-paced environment. You will help prepare job offers, support hiring in iCIMS, and coordinate background checks, PAFs, and equipment requests.

The role includes maintaining HR content on The Airway intranet, providing onboarding backup, and supporting training and performance processes as needed. A strong attention to detail and confidentiality are required.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in HR administration or HR operations.
• High school diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree in HR/Business preferred.
• At least two years’ experience using an HRIS system; Paycom experience strongly preferred.
• Working knowledge of HR practices, policies, recordkeeping, and confidentiality.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to manage high volume of email/documents.
• Able to learn new systems quickly and grow in HR responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue approved administrative job offers using templates.
• Support staff hiring activities in iCIMS and coordinate background checks.
• Process Personnel Action Forms (PAFs) for Admin staff.
• Update HR content on the intranet (The Airway) and policies.
• Provide backup support for onboarding, new-hire training, and performance management.
• Coordinate equipment issuance/return with IT and hiring managers.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle employee information appropriately.
