Responsibilities

• Work within a team to conduct airside operations safely per SOPs.
• Coordinate with guests, clients, vendors, and crew to meet service needs (fueling, de-icing, water, power, parking, marshalling).
• Prepare for arriving/departing aircraft and identify open tasks; report safety concerns.
• Operate ground service equipment (fuel trucks, de-icing trucks, tugs, power units).
• Load/unload luggage and cargo; assist guests and transport as needed.
• Provide professional guest service and a safe, courteous experience on ramps.
