Job summary

Alliance Ground International (AGI) is a leading aviation ground handler providing services to numerous airlines across multiple airports in the U.S. and Canada.

We are seeking a Duty Manager to lead and optimize Office, Warehouse, and Ramp operations with a focus on safety and customer service. The role requires strong leadership experience, excellent communication, and the ability to manage schedules and resources while maintaining high safety standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of aviation management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and control the entire operation for the customer airline including Office, Warehouse & Ramp.
• Direct work assignments for supervisory teams and agents for both the warehouse and office.
• Create and manage schedules to ensure adequate staffing and labor requirements.
• Provide on-the-job training and ongoing professional development for team members.
• Serve as point person for customers and management to minimize delays.
• Enforce safety regulations and ensure equipment is safe to operate.
• Identify and report future business opportunities to station management.
• Support warehouse and office duties as needed.
