Job summary

Alliance Ground International (AGI) is a leading ground handling company serving 100+ airlines across the U.S. and Canada.

As General Manager, you will oversee all station operations including ramp, cabin cleaning, GSE maintenance, and customer service. You will manage the station budget, direct managers, ensure staffing, enforce safety and compliance, and seek new business opportunities in a fast-paced aviation environment.

Qualifications

• Five years of progressive aviation management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field (or relevant combination of education and experience).
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• US/Canada work authorization as applicable to location.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all station operations including ramp, cabin cleaning, GSE maintenance, and customer service.
• Manage the station budget and financial responsibilities; ensure accurate billing in a timely manner.
• Direct managers and support staff; overseeing schedules to ensure adequate staffing.
• Maintain working relationships with customers and respond promptly to service requests.
• Assist recruiting team with hiring and oversee on-the-job training and development.
• Enforce AGI safety regulations and company policies; ensure compliance.
• Identify and pursue future business opportunities.
