Alliance Ground International (AGI) is seeking a Ground Ramp Manager to oversee all ramp operations, ensuring safe, efficient and timely handling of aircraft on the ground. You will manage ramp teams, coordinate resources, and enforce aviation safety and operational standards across multiple airports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in aviation, logistics, or related field.
• 5+ years of ground handling/aviation operations experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Authorization to work in the United States if location is US or in Canada if located there.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise ramp operations, including aircraft arrival, departure, and turnaround activities.
• Oversee the team of ramp agents, ensuring efficient performance and adherence to safety protocols.
• Coordinate the use of ground support equipment, ensuring all equipment is properly maintained and utilized.
• Monitor operational performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce delays.
• Ensure compliance with aviation safety standards, regulations, and company policies.
• Communicate with flight crews, ground operations, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare and present reports on ramp operations, safety audits, and staffing requirements.
