Job summary

Alliance Ground International (AGI) is seeking a General Manager to oversee all station operations, budget, and leadership across departments in a fast-paced aviation environment. The role requires at least five years of progressive aviation management experience and a Bachelor's in Business or related field.

You will guide managers, maintain client relationships, ensure safety compliance, and pursue new business opportunities to drive operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Five years of progressive management experience in aviation.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
• Knowledge of FAA regulations and OSHA rules.
• Proficiency with computer systems for budgeting and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all station operations, including ramp, cabin cleaning services, GSE maintenance, and customer service.
• Manage the station budget and ensure timely billing.
• Direct managers and staff and oversee schedules to ensure adequate staffing.
• Maintain relationships with customers and respond to service requests.
• Assist recruiting and oversee training and development of team members.
• Enforce AGI safety regulations and company policies.
• Actively search for future business opportunities.
