Job summary

Alliance Ground International (AGI) is seeking a Duty Manager to oversee end-to-end ground operations for airline customers at multiple locations. You will manage office, warehouse, and ramp, direct supervisory teams, schedule staffing, and train staff to ensure safe, efficient handling.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of ramp agent experience and 3 years of progressive aviation management experience, with strong communication and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role in aviation or ground operations.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with customers and teams.
• Ability to coordinate and manage office, warehouse, and ramp operations safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire operation for the assigned airline, including Office, Warehouse & Ramp.
• Direct work assignment and scheduling for supervisory teams and agents; ensure adequate staffing.
• Provide on-the-job training and ongoing development for team members.
