Job summary

Alliance Ground International (AGI) is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee aircraft ground-handling station operations, including ramp, baggage, and cabin cleaning services, plus GSE maintenance and primary customer service liaison.

You will determine staffing and equipment, supervise performance, ensure safety compliance, and pursue new business opportunities while coordinating with the Station Manager. Some travel and extended hours may be required.

Qualifications

• Progressive management experience including customer service and ground handling.
• Knowledge of applicable FAA regulations and TSA security programs.
• Ability to manage personnel and equipment to meet contract requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee aircraft ground-handling station operations including ramp, baggage and cabin cleaning.
• Direct and control people and equipment to complete tasks safely and efficiently.
• Monitor training, conduct performance evaluations and provide counseling as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies, FAA audits, and airline service standards.
• Maintain customer relations and proactively identify future business opportunities.
