Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Team Leader with ability to pre plan manpower and equipment.
• Familiarity with FAA and Aircraft Operator Security Program regulations.
• Ability to coach staff and enforce disciplinary actions as required.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills for daily reporting and communications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations with a focus on labor relations, safety, security, and facilities.
• Coach and develop staff while ensuring alignment with company policies and goals.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly reports to Station Management.
• Manage a staff with diverse duties and coordinate with other departments.
