Alliance Ground International (AGI) is seeking a Ramp Manager to oversee all ramp operations, ensuring safe, timely handling of aircraft on the ground. You will manage ramp teams, coordinate resources, and enforce aviation safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in aviation, logistics or related field.
• 5+ years of ground handling or aviation operations, with 2+ years in a managerial role.
• US work authorization required for US location; different rules may apply for Canada.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise ramp operations, including aircraft arrival, departure, and turnaround activities.
• Oversee the team of ramp agents, ensuring safe and efficient performance.
• Coordinate the use of ground support equipment, ensuring proper maintenance and utilization.
• Monitor operations performance and implement improvements to reduce delays.
• Ensure compliance with aviation safety standards, regulations, and company policies.
• Communicate with flight crews and other departments for smooth operations.
• Prepare and present reports on ramp operations, safety audits, and staffing requirements.
