Job summary

Alliance Ground International (AGI) seeks an experienced Ramp Manager to oversee all ramp operations, lead ramp teams, and ensure safety and efficiency on the ground. The role focuses on coordinating resources, maintaining ground support equipment, and delivering timely aircraft turnarounds.

Ideal candidates will have at least one year of ramp managing experience and a strong track record in aviation safety.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in ground handling or aviation operations.
At least 2 years in a managerial role.
Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and work outside in all weather.
US work authorization.
Bachelor's degree in aviation, logistics, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage and supervise ramp operations, including aircraft arrival, departure, and turnaround activities.
Oversee the team of ramp agents, ensuring efficient performance and adherence to safety protocols.
Coordinate the use of ground support equipment, ensuring all equipment is properly maintained and utilized.
Monitor operational performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce delays.
Ensure compliance with aviation safety standards, regulations, and company policies.
Communicate with flight crews, ground operations, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Prepare and present reports on ramp operations, safety audits, and staffing requirements.
