Job summary

Alliance Ground International seeks a Ramp Manager to oversee ramp operations at our U.S. airports. Lead ramp teams, coordinate resources, ensure safety and efficiency, and report on performance and staffing needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in aviation, logistics, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in ground handling or aviation operations, including 2+ years in a managerial role.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise ramp operations, including aircraft arrival, departure, and turnaround activities.
• Oversee the team of ramp agents, ensuring efficient performance and adherence to safety protocols.
• Coordinate the use of ground support equipment, ensuring all equipment is properly maintained and utilized.
• Monitor operational performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce delays.
• Ensure compliance with aviation safety standards, regulations, and company policies.
• Communicate with flight crews, ground operations, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare and present reports on ramp operations, safety audits, and staffing requirements.
