Job summary

Versar Global Solutions seeks a Fuels Accountant to support fuel inventory, sales, and accounting at the Atlanta International Airport in Atlanta, GA. This full-time role focuses on accurate records, timely vendor payments, and coordination with aviation stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of accounting/administrative experience, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with Excel and standard office software. Aviation experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years accounting/administrative experience.
• Proficient in English, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Maintain records of fuel inventories, sales, credits and deliveries.
• Monitor receipt and dispensing of fuel; identify losses.
• Use Fuels Management Software and related accounting systems.
• Prepare vendor payments and billings accurately and timely.
• Collect Bills of Lading and reconcile fuel receipts and inventory.
