Job summary

Rocket Air Flight Academy seeks a Dispatcher to ensure safe, efficient day-to-day flight, ground, and simulator dispatching, while delivering welcoming, professional service to students, instructors, and visitors.

You will coordinate schedules, monitor aircraft status and weather, maintain records, and act as liaison among flight operations, maintenance, and billing, with strong customer service and aviation knowledge.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior aviation experience required.
• At least one year of previous Part 141 dispatch experience preferred.
• Strong customer service skills required.
• Understanding of Part 141 regulations.
• Proficient in MS Office and Flight Schedule Pro.
• Night, weekends, and holiday hours can be expected.
• Self-starter, team-focused, and results driven.
• Strong presentation, organizational, and time management skills.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Daily Flight Schedules, Aircraft Assignments, Instructor Availability, and Student Training Events
• Monitor Aircraft Status, Maintenance Restrictions, Weather Conditions, and Scheduling Conflicts to Ensure Safe & Effective Utilization of Resources
• Maintain Accurate Dispatch Records, Flight Schedules, Training Documentation, and Operational Reports in Accordance with Company Procedures
• Serve as a Communication Link Between Students, Instructors, Aircraft Maintenance, Line Service, and Flight Training Personnel
• Provide Exceptional Customer Service by Assisting Students & Instructors with Scheduling Changes, Training Requests, Billing, and Operational Support
