Job summary

PHI Health is seeking a Fleet Contracts Manager to administer aircraft leases, procurements, and related commercial agreements. You will coordinate with Legal, Finance, Operations, Maintenance, and external counterparties through the contract lifecycle, ensuring timely obligations and compliant documentation.

You will report to the General Counsel with a dotted line to the Chief Strategy and Transformation Officer, supporting due diligence and contract summaries for leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Aviation, Legal Studies, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Paralegal certificate, legal studies degree, or comparable legal training is preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in contract administration, commercial agreements, procurement, aviation, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Administer aircraft lease agreements, including renewals, amendments, extensions, assignments, returns, and terminations.
• Prepare, review, and coordinate documentation related to aircraft acquisitions, dispositions, leases, and other fleet transactions.
• Coordinate between Legal, Finance, Operations, Maintenance, Procurement, and external counterparties throughout the contract lifecycle.
• Track contractual obligations, milestones, notice periods, delivery schedules, and other critical dates.
• Maintain records of fleet agreements and transaction documentation.
• Coordinate execution of contracts and obtain required approvals.
• Monitor contract compliance and escalate risks to management.
• Support due diligence activities for aircraft transactions.
