Job summary

PrimeFlight Aviation Services, Inc. is seeking a Contracts Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of customer and vendor contracts and related airport permits.

You will coordinate with Sales, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Billing to ensure accurate drafting, tracking, execution, and communication of agreements. In this role, you will manage confidential pricing information, support audits and renewals, and escalate issues as needed while maintaining rigorous records and compliance with

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in contracts or business administration.
• 2+ years of experience supporting contracts or related admin functions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work onsite Monday–Friday.
• Background check and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee contracts from initial request through final execution.
• Manage airport permits, applications, renewals, and ongoing compliance.
• Maintain contract records and version control.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Billing to support contract execution and compliance.
• Track deadlines and escalate issues as needed.
• Respond to contract-related billing questions or disputes.
• Communicate contract financial details to Billing promptly.
• Support audits, renewals, and reporting requests.
• Ensure confidential handling of pricing information.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
