Job summary

Worldwide Flight Services seeks a Corporate Contracts Manager to oversee review, negotiation, and administration of customer-facing commercial agreements, with a focus on SGHAs and ground handling agreements.

You will liaison with Operations, Safety, Finance, and Insurance to assess contract provisions, manage SLAs, and drive standardized contracting processes across lines of business in a fast-paced aviation environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in contract management or related roles.
• Demonstrated ability to review, interpret, and negotiate complex commercial contracts.
• Experience with SGHAs or aviation and logistics industry contracts.

Responsibilities

• Support RFP processes, draft, review, and negotiate customer contracts (SGHAs and ground handling agreements).
• Negotiate contract terms with airline customers in coordination with Commercial team.
• Manage end-to-end contract workflow: intake, review, approvals, negotiation, execution, repository management.
