Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a broad range of commercial agreements.
• Provide practical, business-oriented legal advice to internal teams.
• Identify and mitigate legal and regulatory risks in contracts and transactions.
• Support governance, compliance initiatives, and corporate initiatives.
• Coordinate with outside counsel and manage transactional documentation.
• Develop contract templates and negotiation playbooks to improve efficiency.
