ADACEL TECHNICAL SERVICES INC. provides field-based training support for the FAA and defense sectors.

The Instructor II (Field) role requires delivering classroom courses at FAA field sites, teaching multiple courses and conducting simulation training. Candidates should have a high school diploma and either 5 years of certified professional controller experience or recent FAA contract instructor experience at the same ATC facility type; must be able to obtain ATC simulator certification and pass

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 5 years of Certified Professional Controller experience or recent FAA contract instructor experience at the same ATC facility type.
• Ability to obtain ATC Simulator Certification for requested training.
• Ability to pass government background investigation and obtain Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities

• Conducts and administers various classroom courses conducted at FAA’s Field sites.
• Teaches multiple courses and conducts simulation training.
• Participates in Instructional Systems Design projects, to include the development, revision, and maintenance of ATC Training Courses, and Scenario Development.
