Qualifications

• Knowledge of computer hardware and operating system software.
• Minimum four years FAA or US Military ATC experience, or AT-CTI degree.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with others.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and maintain TSS hardware components and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software problems, install upgrades and patches.
• Perform start-up/shut-down procedures and system backups.
• Train FAA personnel on TSS maintenance and operations.
• Develop and maintain simulator utilization reports.
