Adacel Technical Services, Inc. (ATS) seeks a Field Service Representative (FSR) to troubleshoot and maintain TSS hardware and software, train FAA personnel, and operate simulation systems.

The role involves developing training scenarios, backing up data, and delivering proficient system operation for recurrent and qualification training. Candidates should have 4+ years FAA or US Military ATC experience or AT-CTI credentials, strong communication skills, and the ability to work with minimal

Qualifications

• Knowledge of computer hardware and operating system software.
• 4+ years FAA or US Military operational ATC experience or equivalent.
• AT-CTI degree from approved college/university (if applicable).

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and maintain TSS hardware components
• Troubleshoot, isolate, and resolve software problems
• Train FAA personnel on TSS maintenance and operation
• Operate TSS for proficiency, recurrent and qualification training
• Develop and maintain site simulator utilization reports
• Backup and manage scenario data
• Perform Tower Simulation Scenario development and training
• Assist with creating and maintaining training scenarios
