Job summary

ADACEL TECHNICAL SERVICES INC. is seeking a Field Service Representative (FSR) in SeaTac, WA to provide on-site training services for aerospace markets. Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware, training FAA personnel, and maintaining simulator utilization reports.

Qualified candidates should have four years of FAA or US Military operational experience or a relevant degree. Required skills include knowledge of computer hardware, strong organizational abilities, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of four years of FAA or US Military operational ATC experience.
• Knowledge of similar ATC Simulation Systems.
• Ability to accomplish tasks with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and maintain TSS hardware components.
• Train FAA personnel on TSS maintenance and operation.
• Develop and maintain site simulator utilization reports.

Skills

Knowledge of computer hardware and operating system software

Proactive and self-motivated

Excellent communication skills

Education

Degree in Air Traffic Control or Air Traffic Management
