Qualifications

• Knowledge of FBO operations and aviation operations.
• Budget management and budgeting principles.
• Marketing principles for FBO services.
• Strong supervisory skills and leadership capabilities.
• Familiarity with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Valid North Carolina driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all functions of the FBO, including pricing recommendations and staff supervision.
• Coordinate charter requests and oversee staff performance and evaluations.
• Lead marketing efforts and participate in industry trade shows.
• Ensure staff training and compliance with policies and procedures.
• Oversee budgeting, cost control, and financial monitoring for the FBO.
• Ensure safety initiatives and IS-BAH/NATA safety certifications are pursued.
• Develop and implement training for customer service and line service.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for fuel and ops.
• Perform other similar duties as required.
