Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
• Valid state driver's license and 18+ years of age.
• NATA Certification.
• At least 10 years of progressive FBO/aviation operations experience.
• Aptitude in supervising and developing staff.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Proven organization and leadership abilities.
• Participation in Atlantic Leadership Training.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Customer relations skills required.

Responsibilities

• Directly manages all FBO Line Supervisors, CSR Supervisors and indirectly other staff.
• Develop and maintain site practices for safe, profitable operations and positive work environment.
• Ensure resources and inventory for safe, efficient operations with high customer service.
• Ensure proper training documentation evidences training per SOPs.
• Enforce company policies and location compliance with safety requirements.
• Manage personnel, equipment and resources for scheduling and cost control.
• Maintain knowledge of aircraft refueling instructions and ground handling.
• Oversee ground service, fueling and hangar equipment to stay safe.
• Conduct periodic performance reviews and provide coaching and discipline as needed.
• Organize departmental meetings and optimize communication flows.
• Coordinate facility maintenance and improvement initiatives.
• Initiate emergency and incident response procedures as required.
