A regional airport authority is seeking an FBO General Manager to oversee daily operations and strategic growth at their facility. This role includes managing customer service, finances, and staff, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and fostering relationships with stakeholders. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Management and 3–5 years of relevant leadership experience. A competitive salary range of $75,000 - $95,000 with benefits is offered.

Qualificações

• 3–5 years of progressive FBO leadership experience.
• Demonstrated experience in operational and financial management.
• Completion of AAAE Accredited Airport Executive Operations within two years of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Lead all aspects of FBO operations including customer service and fueling.
• Manage P&L functions, including budgeting and forecasting.
• Develop relationships with customers and community stakeholders.
